This Community Safety Meeting is being held in recognition of Woman Abuse Prevention Month and as part of the Community Safety & Well-Being Plan.

This session will provide residents with an opportunity to learn more about intimate partner violence, hear directly from local experts and service providers, and connect with organizations that provide critical support to individuals and families in our community.

The evening will include educational presentations, and opportunities for residents to engage with service providers at outreach tables.

This program is being presented in partnership with Victim Services of Durham Region and Herizon House, with the support of more than nine local community organizations.

Registration is not required, but appreciated to plan refreshments.
