We invite you to join us at our Pickering Garden Club Meeting. Our special guest speaker will be Anna Mizyn.  Originally from Poland, Ms Mizyn spent 2 years at Horticultural College and worked at the local farmers Co-op.  She moved to Canada in 1989 and started gardening.  Her gardens began to grow when she moved first to Omemee in 1994, and rural Lindsay in 2006.  Her gardens epanded to 4 acres of sun, shade and huge rock/scree beds.  Her garden is part of the 95 acres of woodland that are left wild and is home to many animals, birds and butterflies, a perfect background for Anna's Perennial Nursery.
